Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize engineering processes, productivity, and resource allocation for maximum efficiency
  • Manage technical risks, ensuring platform reliability, scalability, and security compliance
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance product capabilities and engineering effectiveness
  • Build and retain top engineering talent, including hiring, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Act as a key stakeholder in organizational strategy and contribute to long-term technology planning

Key Requirements:


  • 12–15 years of experience in software engineering with a strong foundation across multiple technologies and architectures
  • Proven experience in leading and scaling large engineering teams in high-growth environments
  • Deep expertise in system design, distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Strong understanding of modern engineering practices including DevOps, CI/CD, and agile methodologies
  • Ability to make high-impact architectural decisions across diverse tech stacks (backend, frontend, data, infrastructure)
  • Experience in building and scaling products/platforms from early to growth stages
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology strategy with organizational goals
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
