Your impact
We are seeking a visionary and technically skilled leader to lead our Digital Hub in India and drive the development and execution of industry focused digital solutions that deliver measurable client value.
This role will be responsible for shaping, delivering, and scaling digital products, platforms, and advisory-led solutions for clients across India and Asia, aligned to Jacobs’ core industry sectors.
The role oversees multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, data scientists, software developers, digital product leaders, and UX designers, while acting as a trusted digital advisor to clients and a partner to regional and global leadership in advancing Jacobs’ Digital & Data strategy.

- Teamleadership & Capability building
- Build, leadand mentor a high-performingdigital delivery & solutionsteam across softwareengineering, data analytics,AIand product design.
- Foster a culture of industry relevance, innovation, continuous learning, and agile delivery.
- Promote agile methodologies tocontinuousdelivery practices
- Digital Advisory, Solution Delivery & Value Creation
- Asenior Digital & Data leader engaging with clients, supporting pursuits, solutionshapingandworkshops
- Lead the co-creation of digital solutions with clients, translating industry challenges into scalable digital products, platforms, and analytics-driven solutions.
- Ensure delivery of high-impact digital initiatives that are on-time, on-scope, and on-budget, with clear value realization.
- Manage budgets, vendorrelationshipsand technical partnershipsin support of solution delivery
- Monitor KPIs and ensure delivery of high-impact digitalinitiativeson time and within scope
- Drive rapid prototyping, MVP development and iterative product releases and solutions.
- Champion user-centric design,industry-informed problem solvingand data-driven decision making
- Technical Authority & Future-Ready Architecture
- Lead architecture and development of scalable digital platforms and cloud-native applications
- Ensure best practices in software engineering, DevOps,cybersecurityand data governance
- Oversee integration of emerging technologies (AI/ML,automation, advanced analytics, digital twinsetc) into enterprise solutionsrelevantforreal-world industry and infrastructure context.
- Partner withJacobs’Asiasenior leadership toidentifynew digital opportunities, shape regional growthplaysand drive transformation internallywithallMarketsandexternallywith clients
- Influence global Digital & Data strategies to ensure regional needs, innovations and opportunities are represented.
Here's what you'll need
- Master’s orBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, DigitalStrategyor related field
- 10+ years of experience in digitalsolutiondevelopment, softwareengineeringor technology leadership preferred
- Strong preferenceforcandidateswith experience in digital solutions for industries aligned to Jacobs’ core markets such asInfrastructure, Transportation,Water, Energy & Utilities
- Experience leading teams and clients across India and the broader Asia region is an advantage.
- Proven success in leading large-scale digital initiatives including modernization of legacy systems and integration of advanced digital solutions Deep understanding of modern tech stacks (e.g.JavaScript,Pythonand cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, microservices, and API management
- Experience with data platforms, AI/ML frameworks and cybersecurity principles
- Excellent communication skills in Englishwith the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
