About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Architect to design and lead cutting-edge hardware platforms across all industry verticals with special focus on Healthcareand Aerospace. This strategic technical role involves defining system architecture, driving component strategy, ensuring long-lifecycle product sustainability, and mentoring a team of hardware engineers. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential to this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Define hardware architecture and system-level design for complex PCBA platforms

  
  

• Lead component strategy, selection, and supplier relationship management

  
  

• Design for manufacturability (DFM), obsolescence (DFO), and reliability (DFR)

  
  

• Conduct design reviews and provide technical mentorship to hardware teams

  
  

• Manage BOM strategy and component lifecycle planning

  
  

• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards: IEC 62402, IEC 62304, FDA

  
  

• Collaborate with firmware, software, and mechanical teams

  
  

• Communicate technical architecture to stakeholders and clients
