Key Responsibilities:

3. Stay current on the latest trends, techniques, and products in hair styling and incorporate this knowledge into your services.
4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, ensuring guests feel valued, comfortable, and well-cared for throughout their salon experience.
5. Adhere to and uphold all salon protocols and standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and inviting environment for both guests and staff.

7. Keep detailed client records, including color formulas and treatment notes, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. State cosmetology license or certification from an accredited institution.
2. Proven experience in providing high-quality hair styling services, preferably within a luxury hotel or high-end salon environment.
3. Strong expertise in cutting, coloring, styling, and hair treatment techniques, along with a deep knowledge of professional hair care products.
4. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and provide personalized recommendations for their hair care needs.
5. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with other salon staff and hotel departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
6. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate styling options, techniques, and hair care recommendations to guests.
