We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead digital marketing and on-ground brand experience across markets.
This role will be responsible for driving social media communication, performance marketing, Customer - Centric content creation and physical brand presence at Exponent service stations.
The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring that all brand touchpoints—digital and physical—are consistent, impactful, and aligned with business priorities.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Ownership Lead social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
) from a communication and execution standpoint Oversee performance marketing initiatives (Meta, Google) in coordination with internal teams/agencies Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and brand presence across digital channels Performance Marketing Oversight Monitor campaign execution and effectiveness across platforms Work closely with agencies to optimize campaigns and improve efficiency Ensure alignment between campaign objectives and overall marketing priorities Brand Experience at Service Stations Spearhead branding and visual identity at Exponent service stations Plan and execute branding elements (signage, collaterals, visibility assets) Ensure consistency and quality across all locations Campaign & Activation Alignment Translate marketing initiatives into effective on-ground and digital execution Ensure all activations are supported with strong visibility and communication Bridge the gap between central strategy and market-level execution Market & Competitive Intelligence Track competitor activities across digital platforms and physical branding Identify trends, best practices, and improvement opportunities Share actionable insights to refine marketing approaches Team & Vendor Management Manage and guide internal resources (intern/telecallers where relevant) Coordinate with agencies and vendors (digital, production, branding) Ensure timelines, quality, and cost efficiency across deliverables Key Deliverables / KPIs Strong and consistent brand presence across digital platforms Effective execution of performance marketing campaigns High-quality and uniform branding across service stations Timely rollout of campaigns and activations Improved efficiency and coordination with agencies and vendors Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of experience in digital marketing and brand execution (automobile/consumer brand preferred) Strong understanding of social media platforms and performance marketing (Meta, Google) Experience in managing on-ground branding and retail visibility Ability to balance strategy with execution in a fast-paced environment Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills Hands on experience on video shoots and editing Preferred Profile Experience in automobile, EV, or mobility sector Prior experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams Strong understanding of retail branding and customer touchpoints High ownership and execution-driven mindset What matters: Quality of work Approach towards problem-solving Dissatisfaction towards mediocre work Resilient attitude to bounce back after failing About Us Exponent simplifies energy for EVs.
