Job Title: Graphic Designer & Video editor (AI-Driven) Location: Mohali (On-site) Shift: US Night Shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST) Market: United States (Residential Solar) About the Role We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Creative Designer & Video Content Specialist who can own end-to-end visual content production.
This role blends design, video production, and AI-powered workflows to create high-impact creatives that drive engagement and conversions in the US residential solar market.
Key Responsibilities 1.
Multi-Format Design Create high-impact static creatives for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and landing pages Design technical diagrams, solar process infographics, pitch decks, and website visuals Develop scroll-stopping ad creatives optimized for performance and conversions 2.
Video Production Script, edit, and produce short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) Create mid-form educational and explainer videos for YouTube Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and strong hooks tailored for US audiences 3.
AI-Integrated Creative Workflow Leverage AI tools to enhance speed and quality of content production, including: ChatGPT for script ideation, hooks, and ad angles Higgsfield, Krea for visual generation and concept exploration HeyGen for AI avatar-based content InVideo for rapid video prototyping Other emerging AI tools for creative experimentation Combine AI efficiency with strong human creative judgment 4.
Ad Creative Optimization Collaborate with the marketing team to A/B test creatives Develop multiple variations (headlines, thumbnails, hooks, CTAs) Suggest new creative strategies based on performance data insights Continuously optimize creatives to improve conversion rates and reduce CPL 5.
Brand Consistency Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure premium, clean, and trustworthy visuals Align all creatives with US market aesthetics and expectations Balance performance marketing goals with strong brand positioning 6.
Asset & Workflow Management Independently manage the creative production pipeline Maintain an organized library of raw footage, templates, thumbnails, and final assets Build reusable templates to scale content production efficiently 2–5 years of experience in graphic design and video content creation Strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives, motion graphics, and video editing Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) Experience with AI creative tools is highly preferred Understanding of performance marketing creatives (especially for US audience) Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
