We are looking for a passionate Golang Cloud Native Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the design and development of scalable, high‑performance cloud-native services. In this role, you will work on building modern microservices architectures, leveraging cloud technologies, and ensuring high-quality software delivery through best practices in testing, debugging, and collaboration. What You’ll Do: Cloud Native Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-native services using Golang, following modern microservices architecture principles. Cloud & AWS Integration: Leverage AWS services to build highly available, resilient, and secure solutions (experience with cloud platforms is a strong plus). Test Automation: Write and maintain automated unit tests and integration tests to ensure reliability and robustness of developed features. Requirement Analysis: Review technical requirements, standards, and documentation to clearly understand and translate them into effective engineering solutions. Estimation & Planning: Provide effort estimates for modules and own tasks, contributing to sprint planning and delivery commitments. Debugging & Issue Resolution: Analyze, investigate, and resolve software defects with strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality processes, coding standards, and best practices to meet project quality goals. Technical Communication: Present technical findings, solution approaches, and development progress to stakeholders and team members. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication across intra-team and inter-group interactions. What You’ll Bring (Required Skills & Experience): Strong Technical Foundation: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Golang Expertise: Hands-on experience in designing and developing backend services using Golang. Cloud Knowledge: Understanding of cloud-native principles and exposure to AWS services is highly desirable. Testing & Quality Focus: Experience writing unit tests and integration tests with a focus on quality and maintainability. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical thinking and ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues. Software Engineering Practices: Familiarity with software development lifecycle, coding standards, and quality assurance processes. Estimation & Ownership: Ability to estimate tasks accurately and take ownership of deliverables. Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills (both written and verbal), including documentation, emails, and presentations. Nice to Have: Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Soft Skills (The ‘Extra Spark’ We’re Looking For): Ownership & Accountability: Takes responsibility for delivering high-quality outcomes.
