This position will lead the plant HR/IR, welfare & Admin and will be overall responsible for     compensation & benefits, Training & development, PMS, employee engagement, R&R at the plant       level. He/ she will be directly responsible for Legal and compliance, healthy and productive IR, health and safety, day to day administration related to plant and Recruitment & selection (on roll and contractual staff). He/ she will also work closely with the Sr. Manager HR at corporate to device people policies and processes for the company.


Detailed Job Description:


  • Develop and implement plant-level HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to the Plant Head and leadership team.
  • Drive organizational culture, values, and change management initiatives within the plant.
  • Spear head all HR/IR/ admin activities for the plant including HR operations through his team.
  • Lead manpower planning and budgeting for all plant functions.
  • Oversee end-to-end hiring for plant-level roles, ensuring talent availability for current and future needs.
  • Build relationships with local institutions and training centres for talent pipelines.
  • Ensure a harmonious and productive work environment.
  • Manage union relationships and negotiations (if applicable), ensuring compliance with labour laws.
  • Oversee grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
  • Maintain cordial and legally compliant relationships with labour authorities
  • Lead payroll, attendance, and HRIS operations efficiently.
  • Ensure 100% statutory and labour law compliance across the plant.
  • Will be the custodian for Health and safety in the plant and will deliver the same though the team
  • Will maintain the engagement levels at the plant by interacting with all HODs and employees and address their day-to-day issues.
  • Will ensure that the entire employee life cycle and HR operations are managed smoothly at the plant level
