Are you ready to make a significant impact in the rapidly evolving world of Regulatory Reporting? Join our International Reg Reporting team to drive critical initiatives for implementing regulations, automating reg reports and drive implementation of strategic Reg platform.


As a Business Analyst within the Corporate and Investment Bank Finance & Business Management (India) Projects team, you will partner closely with Finance users, Corporate Technology (CT) and external vendor consultants to deliver complex, large-scale programs and projects for Finance users.


Job Responsibilities :


  • Responsible for requirements, design, testing, and operating model development. 
  • Partner with Project Manager during end-to-end project execution working on project plans, dependencies/risks/issues management and tracking benefits realization. 
  • Partner with business leads and over time, develop deep knowledge of each project and related business processes.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and drive initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities :


  • 3 + years of relevant experience in in Finance / Product Controller / Business Analyst / Product Owner with Regulatory Reporting Solution Implementation
  • Projects or Change Management Business Analyst in banking finance domain (writing requirements or BRD or JIRA, writing functional specifications, create test cases, perform UAT testing)
  • Strong analytical skills, logical thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written skills with clear, concise & logical documentation Strong understanding of accounting, banking/finance products. 
  • Regulatory experience pertaining to Capital reporting or Financial reporting
  • Strong in data analysis with the ability to gather and validate facts, define gaps, perform impact analyses
  • Detail oriented and proficient in documentation
  • Strong understanding or inclination to learn data structures, database design, system/data flows
  • Strong communication skills & attention to detail & accuracy setting high bench march for others in the team.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills


  • Working knowledge of AI tools
