Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Reduce STP query response time to under 4 hours by driving process improvements in partnership with delivery and continuous improvement teams.
• Develop ServiceNow playbooks and automations that enable STP services to be completed faster and with greater accuracy.
• Design and implement STP processes using RPA and GenAI to achieve a 20% automation target.
• Lead global STP process optimization and automation initiatives across regions.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to address complex business challenges.
• Integrate and enhance systems such as SAP S/4HANA, UiPath, Zycus, Moveworks, Concur, and ServiceNow to improve end‑to‑end performance.
• Track KPIs and use data‑driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Support transformation projects across global GBS centers in India, Mexico, Hungary, Spain, and China.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Data‑driven problem solver with the ability to break complex issues into actionable priorities.
• Effective influencer who guides teams toward high‑impact outcomes.
• Over 7 years of experience in Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) or GBS transformation roles.
• Experienced in process design, automation (RPA, AI/ML), and SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Lean Six Sigma or equivalent certification is considered an advantage.
