The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll delivery while acting as a strategic bridge between the client’s global leadership teams and operational delivery functions.
As a Global Payroll Leader, you will manage end-to-end payroll delivery for a global organization, with a strong focus on payroll operations across APAC and Europe, while supporting employee payroll tax compliance for the United States and Puerto Rico.
The role requires a strong understanding of multi-country payroll governance, statutory compliance, operational controls, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee end-to-end payroll delivery across multiple countries and regions, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
Handle payroll operations across APAC and Europe, ensuring adherence to local labor laws, statutory regulations, and organizational policies.
Support and monitor employee payroll tax compliance activities for the United States and Puerto Rico.
Act as the primary coordination point between client leadership teams and payroll delivery teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
Review payroll inputs, validations, reconciliations, deductions, benefits, tax calculations, and final payroll outputs.
Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations, statutory filings, year-end reporting requirements, and audit standards across regions.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax, and external payroll vendors to streamline payroll processes and maintain operational efficiency.
Drive governance, controls, and process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy and employee experience.
Support payroll audits, compliance reviews, and reporting activities.
Identify payroll risks and proactively recommend mitigation strategies.
Assist in payroll transformation initiatives, automation opportunities, and process standardization projects.
Prepare MIS reports, payroll analytics, and compliance dashboards for senior stakeholders and client leadership.

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in global payroll operations, payroll compliance, or payroll consulting.
Experience working in consulting, shared services, or multinational environments will be preferred.
