GET - Lab Technician

• Execute assigned tasks and responsibilities as directed by supervisors and team leads.
• Support day-to-day processes and operational activities of the adhesive dispensing and testing lab.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal guidelines, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Perform equipment upkeep, routine inspection, and preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage Adhesive Application Lab operations, including testing activities and handling/operation of dispensing machines.
• Provide robot programming, automation and integration support.
• Provide technical equipment support to the sales team, including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance at customer locations.
• Handle equipment troubleshooting and provide effective after-sales service support to customers.
• Implement and maintain 5S workplace practices to ensure an organized, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve technical issues in a timely manner

• Educational background- Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics/Automation & Integration.
• Similar work experience Lab or handling dispensing equipment’s portfolio would be added advantage (not mandatory).
• Languages – Kannada(mandatory), English or Hindi (mandatory) – read/write/speak
• Hands on experience in Eletro-mechanical & pneumatic working environment- Mandatory.
• Basic Programing- Robot & PLC knowledge.
