Project description Our project involves developing cloud-based, state-of-the-art compliance archive products to securely archive and retain real-time communications data in accordance with internal and external regulatory requirements. This product is developed in-house within an agile framework, addressing business requirements from multiple stakeholders. By applying continuous development and deployment principles, the team aims to transition from project to product management, providing our client with robust compliance archive solutions for the coming decade. Responsibilities Design, implement, test, and maintain products developed using the Genesis Framework as a Java expert. Demonstrate adaptability and openness to new working methods to support agility and innovation. Collaborate effectively throughout the full software development lifecycle with product owners, UI/UX developers, and core engineers in an iterative process. Develop a strong understanding of the business, services, and client needs. Set project milestones and monitor progress to meet tight deadlines. Contribute to overall project success by delivering software releases on time with the required capabilities and quality. Skills Must have Proven experience in Banking domain Knowledge seeker: You will have at least 6+ years of Java development experience but be constantly looking to expand your knowledge in areas in and outside of your direct remit. Knowledge of front end and/or back-end Java development is crucial. Collaborative Influencer: Someone who is always looking to meet and discuss how things can be improved or how we can work better, whilst bringing others along with you. NoSQL database systems (MongoDB, Aerospike, etc.) Relational databases (e.g. Oracle, MS SQL, Postgress). Nice to have Genesis Low Code Platform experience Competence in at least two of Groovy, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, Vue, React as well as CSS/SaSS, WPF.
