This role requires a balance of technical knowledge, business acumen, and leadership excellence to drive operational performance, expand market share, and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities • Lead the company’s end-to-end operations, ensuring high efficiency, profitability, and sustainability.
• Develop and execute growth strategies in the field of: o Dust Collection Systems o Air Pollution Control Systems o Pneumatic Conveying Systems o Material Handling Systems o Fume Extraction Systems o Industrial Conveyors o Bag Filter & Bag Loading Systems o Industrial Valves, Scrubbers & Destoners • Drive strategic business development to expand domestic and international markets.
• Oversee large-scale project execution ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
• Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Strengthen client relationships while ensuring consistent customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Monitor and control financial performance, P&L, cost optimization, and investment planning.
• Stay ahead of technological advancements and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage.
• Represent the company in industry forums, exhibitions, and high-level client meetings.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, ASME, and global safety/quality standards.
. Qualifications & Skills Master’s Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering (MBA preferred).
15+ years in industrial engineering/manufacturing sector, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong understanding of pollution control, conveying, and material handling systems.
Experience in turnkey project execution (design to commissioning).
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable business growth.
Excellent strategic planning, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
Strong track record in P&L management, cost optimization, and revenue expansion.
Preferred: Exposure to global markets and international client handling.
Experience working with large EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects.
