About the Role:


The General Manager - HR will lead the human resources function, driving strategic initiatives to attract, develop, and retain talent. This role ensures alignment of HR practices with business objectives, fosters a positive workplace culture, and oversees compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.


Role Responsibilities:


  • Strategic HR Leadership
  • Partner with senior management to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives, including workforce planning and succession management.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
  • Ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
  • Compliance & Policy Management
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies to reflect best practices
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


Experience, Skills & Qualifications:


  • 10 - 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.
  • Proven track record in talent management, employee engagement, and change management.
