As a Fund Servicing Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in our fund servicing operations. Your primary focus will be on executing routine transactions and collaborating with various teams. You will also apply your knowledge of fund servicing to ensure smooth operations, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements. Job Responsibilities
  • Execute routine fund servicing transactions with accuracy while adhering to established guidelines and procedures


  • Collaborate with operations teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in fund servicing operations


  • Monitor cybersecurity practices vigilantly, proactively detecting potential threats and deploying strategic measures to safeguard information and systems


  • Utilize active listening and questioning skills to understand and address client needs, fostering strong relationships and promoting deeper understanding


  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by applying innovation and design thinking techniques to enhance the efficiency and resilience of our operating platform


  • Follow up with brokers, vendors, and clients to ensure timely resolution of reconciliation breaks and exceptions


  • Interact with clients on a weekly or fortnightly basis to discuss and resolve outstanding items


  • Track aged breaks systematically and escalate issues in a timely manner


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Demonstrate baseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in fund servicing operations, with a focus on executing routine transactions and process improvements


  • Apply active listening and questioning techniques effectively to understand and address client needs


  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by applying innovation and design thinking techniques to enhance operational efficiency


  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders


  • Work independently with strong follow-through and attention to detail


  • Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Bring relevant experience in Trade Life Cycle, OTC & Non-OTC instruments, Reconciliations, and Fund Accounting


  • Demonstrate proficiency in Tableau and Alteryx for data analysis and visualization


  • Show familiarity with fund administration processes and industry best practices
