Job Summary


Synechron is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to lead the development of modern, scalable web applications. This role combines strong backend engineering using .NET and Node.js with innovative front-end development in React and Next.js. The successful candidate will contribute to designing high-performance solutions, ensuring best practices in software architecture, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and user-centric applications. This role aims to support digital transformation initiatives, enhance user engagement, and optimize application scalability and security.


Software Requirements


Required:


  • Extensive experience developing backend services and APIs using .NET Core / .NET 5+.


  • Hands-on expertise with Node.js for backend microservices.


  • Proficiency in ReactJS and Next.js for building responsive and scalable front-end applications.


  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.


  • Experience with TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 for frontend development.


  • Familiarity with Git repositories and version control workflows.


  • Knowledge of AWS cloud services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, S3, EC2) for deployment and hosting.


  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions / TeamCity for automated build and deployment processes.


  • Containerization experience with Docker.


Preferred:


  • Knowledge of Kubernetes or other container orchestration tools.


  • Experience with serverless architectures.


  • Familiarity with other cloud providers like Azure or GCP.


  • Understanding of security best practices in web applications and APIs.
