Job Summary


Synechron is seeking a skilled Senior Full-Stack Java & Angular Developer to lead the development of scalable, secure, and responsive enterprise web applications. In this role, you will design, develop, and integrate backend services with dynamic, user-friendly front-end interfaces. Your contributions will support digital transformation initiatives, improve system performance, and enable seamless user experiences across various business domains.



Software Requirements


Required:


  • Extensive experience with Java (version 8+) and Spring Boot / J2EE (3+ years) for backend development


  • Hands-on experience with Angular (version 10+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS for frontend development (3+ years)


  • Proficiency with RESTful API design and consumption


  • Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)


  • Familiarity with version control systems: Git


  • Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps



Preferred:


  • Experience with cloud deployment platforms (AWS, Azure)


  • Familiarity with front-end component libraries such as Angular Material or PrimeNG


  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)



Overall Responsibilities


  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications supporting enterprise operations


  • Develop scalable REST APIs, microservices, and backend services in Java (Spring Boot)


  • Build responsive front-end interfaces utilizing Angular, TypeScript, and modern UI standards


  • Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality features


  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security across the entire stack


  • Conduct code reviews, optimize code, and implement best practices for maintainability and security


  • Support deployment, environment setup, and automation processes in CI/CD pipelines


  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system reliability and high availability


  • Document architecture, APIs, and deployment procedures for efficient maintenance and compliance
