Unlike traditional outsourcing models, you are placed directly with a client as an in-house team member, contributing to impactful, real-world products.
Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor About the Company Our client is a fast-growing performance marketing agency that helps direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands scale profitably through Paid Media, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), creative strategy, and conversion-focused publisher networks.
Acting as an extension of their clients’ in-house growth teams, they specialize in rapid testing, high-converting funnels, and data-driven experimentation to drive measurable revenue growth.
Job Summary We’re hiring a highly execution-focused Front-End Engineer with a strong direct response mindset to help launch and optimize landing pages, advertorials, and conversion funnels for high-growth DTC brands.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands how paid traffic and landing pages work together, and can rapidly bring ideas from concept to live deployment.
You’ll work closely with paid media, creative, and growth teams to build high-converting customer journeys that improve conversion rates and revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities Build and launch landing pages, advertorials, and publisher-style pages across multiple DTC brands.
Rapidly execute experiments and A/B tests to improve conversion rates (CVR) and revenue per visitor (RPV).
Translate rough creative direction into polished, conversion-focused page experiences.
Collaborate closely with paid media teams to align messaging, offers, and funnel strategy.
Implement and QA tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and other analytics tools.
Optimize page structure, layouts, hooks, and offers based on performance data.
Ensure pages are mobile-optimized, fast-loading, and conversion-focused.
Assist with direct response copywriting for headlines, hooks, advertorials, and funnel messaging.
Continuously iterate on page performance through testing and rapid deployment cycles.
Help create scalable internal processes and systems for faster page launches and experimentation.
💰 Competitive salary based on experience and seniority 🌎 Fully remote role with flexible working hours 🚀 Work on impactful, user-facing products with a global reach 📈 Clear career progression in a high-growth tech environment 🎯 Collaborative, product-driven culture with strong engineering standards 🤝 Direct placement with the client—no outsourcing layers Proven experience building direct response landing pages and advertorials for paid traffic campaigns.
Strong understanding of conversion-focused design and copywriting principles.
Experience with Webflow, Shopify, Replo, or similar landing page builders.
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript.
Experience with CRO and experimentation tools such as VWO, Convert, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity.
Understanding of funnel structures including pre-sell pages, landing pages, upsells, and checkout flows.
Experience working in agency or startup environments with rapid iteration cycles.
Ability to work independently and execute quickly with minimal hand-holding.
Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
Basic understanding of SEO/AEO best practices is a plus.
Familiarity with paid media ecosystems such as Meta Ads and Google Ads is preferred.
