About the Company

Our client is a well-established listed company headquartered in Surat with a strong market presence and long-term growth trajectory. The finance function plays a central role in strategic decision-making, and this position offers direct exposure to leadership, including close collaboration with the CFO.


Role Overview

This is a high-ownership role responsible for leading the FP&A function end-to-end. The position goes beyond reporting numbers—you will be expected to analyze, interpret, and provide actionable insights that directly influence business strategy and performance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete FP&A cycle including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
  • Prepare and finalize monthly and quarterly financial statements with accuracy and timeliness
  • Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with Ind AS and applicable financial reporting standards
  • Create MIS reports and board-level presentations
  • Monitor listed company compliance requirements and regulatory updates
  • Partner with the CFO on business performance, risk assessment, and strategic initiatives
Candidate Requirements
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Minimum 3+ years of post-qualification experience in an industry role
  • Experience in a listed company / unlisted public company / manufacturing firm (₹25 Cr+ turnover preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of Ind AS (mandatory)
  • Experience with SAP is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect financial insights to business decisions
  • High ownership mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment
