About Company:



Our client is a global provider of back-office support services to a myriad of financial service organizations. Its clients are representative of various components of the financial servicing industry including but not limited to mortgage originations, mortgage servicing, credit card servicing, auto lending, student lending, consumer loans, bankruptcy, REO, etc. 



An Ideal Candidate:



  • Minimum bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in mortgage default servicing, foreclosure, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of US mortgage regulations (e.g., FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional).
  • Familiarity with foreclosure laws and procedures in multiple states.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Key Competencies:



  • Review and analyze loan files to determine foreclosure eligibility.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., loan servicing, title, and legal) to initiate and progress foreclosure actions.
  • Prepare and submit foreclosure referrals to external attorneys/trustees.
  • Monitor and track foreclosure timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Communicate with attorneys and other stakeholders regarding foreclosure proceedings.
  • Review and verify foreclosure documents (e.g., notices, affidavits, and deeds).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in foreclosure software systems.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues or exceptions to management.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve foreclosure goals and objectives.
