This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 1800000 - Rs 2000000 (ie INR 18 - 20 LPA) Min Experience: 2 years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time Key Responsibilities Handle daily fund accounting, bookkeeping, and the preparation of financial reports.
Manage capital calls, distributions, LP reporting, and control of expenses.
Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements along with MIS reports.
Ensure adherence to GST, TDS, Income Tax, SEBI/AIF regulations, and other statutory requirements.
Collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, fund administrators, and banking partners.
Assist with budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and overall financial planning.
Work closely with investment teams to support deal-related financial analysis and reporting.
Enhance financial controls, establish SOPs, and boost operational efficiency.
Provide support to portfolio companies for finance setup and compliance frameworks as needed.
