Role Overview:
We are hiring a Finance Executive – MIS & Reporting who will play a critical role in driving financial insights and supporting business decisions.
This is a finance-heavy role focused on MIS, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, along with involvement in basic accounting support.
The ideal candidate should be strong in Excel, analytical thinking, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:Finance, MIS & Analysis
- Prepare and manage MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management review
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Perform detailed ratio analysis to evaluate financial performance and business efficiency
- Perform variance analysis (Budget vs Actuals) and highlight key insights
- Analyze financial data to generate actionable business insights
- Monitor costing, profitability, and key financial metrics
- Build and maintain Excel-based dashboards, reports, and financial models
- Support leadership with data-driven decision-making inputs
Required Skills & Competencies:- Basic understanding of MIS reporting, budgeting & forecasting
- Hands-on experience in financial analysis, ratio analysis, and variance reporting
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of accounting and reconciliations
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualification:- MBA in Finance / PGDM (Finance)
- OR CA Inter (IPCC) / Semi-qualified CA (at least 1 group cleared)
- OR B.Com / BBA (Finance) / Graduation in Commerce or related field
Who Should Apply:- For CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA: Freshers or candidates with limited experience in MIS Reporting can be considered
- For MBA / B.Com / BBA / Other Graduates: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in MIS / FP&A / Finance roles
