EDUCATION
• Degree in finance, accounting, or business administration, or equivalent work experience equally preferable
• Preferred: Master of Business Administration (MBA)
CERTIFICATIONS
• Required: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA); experience with enterprise planning platforms, such as Anaplan or Snowflake, is a plus
WORK EXPERIENCE
• Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) with leadership in strategic planning in the finance industry
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
• Expertise in capital management, financial modeling, and advanced forecasting techniques
• Strong understanding of financial risk management, including market, credit, and liquidity risk
• Proficiency in real-time financial analytics and big data tools, such as Tableau and Power BI
• Deep knowledge of global regulations, such as Basel III, Dodd-Frank Act, and MiFID II
• Leadership in implementing artificial intelligence (AI)-driven forecasting and financial decision support systems
• Experience in strategic scenario planning under uncertainty
• Understanding of integrated business planning and enterprise-wide forecasting governance

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across regions
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on predictive modeling
• Oversee evaluation of large-scale investments, including mergers and acquisitions and capital allocation strategies
• Guide cross-functional teams in assessing financial impact of business decisions, including environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals
• Lead integration of AI-based financial planning tools and digital transformation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with global financial regulations, including cross-border taxation and capital requirements
• Analyze and optimize capital structure, liquidity, and working capital
• Establish forecasting accuracy metrics and lead data quality initiatives
