Responsible for the flawless execution and continuous improvement of treasury operations related to the global payment hub and bank statement centralization via SWIFT for the DEME Group across 46 countries. This role involves significant collaboration with internal stakeholders and external banking partners.

Your responsibilities
  • Manage the global payment hub (TRAX) through SWIFT bank connectivity, integrated with the real-time sanctions screening tool, Bridger.
  • Oversee and maintain multiple electronic banking platforms used across the Group.
  • Lead payment implementation activities, including onboarding new bank accounts to the global payment hub, configuring XML payment format specifications, and troubleshooting UAT-related issues.
  • Work in close partnership with the IT department to support system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Manage KYT and OFAC compliance inquiries from banking partners.
  • Manage global bank accounts and IT audit.
Your profile
  • Proven experience with SWIFT connectivity and XML payment formats.
  • Strong knowledge of payment processing and banking relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and identify root causes.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated willingness and enthusiasm to learn new skills.
  • MBA or a degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
