The Facility Coordinator – Technical Services is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and supporting all technical facility operations to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted services. The role focuses on maintenance of building systems such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire & safety systems, and vendor coordination to meet operational and compliance requirements.


Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical & Maintenance Operations
  • Coordinate day-to-day technical facility operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, fire alarm, and BMS systems


  • Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules to ensure minimal downtime


  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and building services to ensure optimal performance


  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and coordinate corrective actions


Vendor & Contractor Management
  • Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and AMC contractors


  • Track service delivery, work quality, and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)


  • Verify work completion, service reports, and material usage


  • Support vendor onboarding and compliance documentation


Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and regulatory requirements


  • Support fire & life safety drills, equipment testing, and audits


  • Maintain records related to technical compliance, inspections, and certifications


  • Promote safe work practices across all technical activities


Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain logs for maintenance activities, breakdowns, and equipment status


  • Prepare reports on service performance, energy usage, and technical issues


  • Update asset registers, AMC details, and equipment history


Stakeholder Support
  • Respond to technical service requests from internal stakeholders


  • Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and administration teams for integrated facility operations


  • Support facility upgrades, minor projects, and office movements as required


QualificationsEducation
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Mechanical


Experience
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical facility management or building operations


  • Experience in corporate offices, IT parks, commercial buildings, or industrial facilities is preferred


Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of building technical systems (HVAC, electrical, fire safety)


  • Vendor coordination and service monitoring skills


  • Basic understanding of statutory compliance and safety standards


  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability


  • Good communication and coordination skills


  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
