This position manages comprehensive supply chain operations, ensuring end-to-end coordination with Contract Manufacturing Organizations and business partners involved in the manufacture, testing, and transport of Sanofi products. The Expert ensures compliance with internal requirements and delivers intermediates and finished products meeting Quality and Regulatory standards within agreed timeframes, quantities, and costs.

The Global M&S Services acts as a cornerstone to this effort. Our team is responsible for delivering and supporting Global M&S teams by acting as a crucial link between our R&D and Manufacturing facilities, playing a vital role in securing the present portfolio and delivering future launches of high-quality and innovative drugs and vaccines.


Main responsibilities:


  • Demand Management & Planning: Collect and analyze forecasts, coordinate production plan with CMO create orders and ensure follow-up from launch to delivery to distribution centers, facilitate packaging item changes between CMO and markets, maintain supply chain inventory and records.
  • Relationship Management: Manage relationships with CMO, arbitration, and stock level management, establish appropriate communication during crisis management in restrictive environments, monitor supply chain indicators including yield and obsolescence control, coordinate with Quality and Regulatory departments measuring impacts.
  • API Toll Management: Collect and analyze API forecasts, create orders and ensure follow-up from launch to delivery to CMOs, ensure appropriate API levels at CMO sites for finished goods production and manage stock policies, ensure correct reconciliation and stock adjustments between Sanofi and CMO inventories, support double sourcing projects and alternative source research.
  • Performance & Projects: Monitor group supply indicators (out-of-stock rate, supply alerts, customer service level, inventory level, stock policy), participate in cross-functional improvements and business projects, support serialization activities, coordinate divestment and pruning support.
  • Budget & Compliance: Participate in budget development and volume trends, track portfolio-related costs, find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes, ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards.

About you


  • Experience: 5-8 years recognized experience in supply chain, planning, and/or demand management, preferably in pharmaceutical industry


  • Soft skills: Autonomy, reactivity, anticipation skills, strong teamwork and networking abilities, , initiative-taking, results-oriented mindset, good communication skills.


  • Technical skills: Good knowledge of SAP, Kinaxis pharmaceutical industry processes, project management in complex environments, supply chain optimization


  • Education: Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field


  • Languages: Good English communication skills
