What will you contribute?
Reporting to the [Sunil Sail], the [DIrector-Implementation Services] is responsible for data analysis and mapping, system configuration, implementation, consultative training and/or reinforcement of training, and implementation support of software applications for new and existing clients. Follow project standards within established timeframes and at defined quality levels, and ensure projects are completed according to schedule and client specifications. This position is client-facing and requires travel to the client site as the project warrants. Work performed is typically moderately complex.

Be familiar with market standards and regulatory requirements across the globe
Act as customer’s trusted advisor, understand his business goals and provide the best solution for achieving these goals based on market standards and other customers implementations
Design solutions that meet customer needs by translating business requirements into system requirements.
Document detailed business requirements.
Define and maintain the customer functional solution document (BSDD).
Conduct proposed functional solution walkthroughs with customers and internal stakeholders, securing sign-offs from all relevant parties.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding new product features and regulatory changes, including presentations and support.
Act as the main point of contact for internal teams (Configuration, QA, Management) regarding customer expectations, to ensure the implementation meets customer business needs.
Support internal and external defect resolution.
Proactively improve internal guides, training materials, and communication procedures.
Participate in initiatives to define and refine methodologies and implementation models.
Required Qualifications and Experience

5-8 years of Business Analyst experience in the Payments Domain, preferably with payment engines, familiarized with payment processing and the various message formats. Strong analytical skills for business requirements analysis and design processes. In-depth knowledge of GPP product lines. Comprehensive understanding of software delivery and implementation procedures and methodologies. Experience in implementing large software projects for financial or banking applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
