Raptee.HV is a full- stack electric motorcycle startup with a very strong technical moat, founded in 2019 by four engineers from Chennai (Ex Tesla, Wipro), working on bringing a no-compromise upgrade motorcycle to an otherwise scooter- only EV market. Raptee.HV is incubated at CIIC & ARAI.
Role Overview:Lead store operations, drive sales excellence, and own demand generation at Raptee.HV experience center. Manage P&L, customer experience, team performance, and proactive lead pipelines to accelerate EV adoption through premium retail execution.
What you’ll actually do
  • Demand Generation: Build and execute local lead pipelines
  • Achieve/exceed monthly sales targets (bikes, accessories, financing) through consultative selling, upselling, and inbound lead conversion.
  • Manage end-to-end store operations: inventory, merchandising, staff scheduling, and visual standards.
  • Build high-performing sales teams and mangement : hiring, training, coaching, and performance tracking.
  • Drive customer lifecycle: lead nurturing, test ride conversion, service handovers, and loyalty programs.
  • Analyze sales data (Excel/POS/CRM) for forecasting, pricing strategies, promotional ROI, and demand forecasting.
  • Ensure 100% compliance: showroom standards, safety protocols, EV demo protocols, and brand representation.
  • Monitor P&L: optimize margins, control costs, manage receivables, track demand-gen ROI.

Who we’re looking for
  • Proven track record: 4+ years hitting sales quotas + demand generation in premium retail/automotive.
  • Demand expertise: Local marketing (WhatsApp Business, Google My Business, community events), lead scoring, funnel optimization.
  • Data fluency: Excel dashboards, CRM tools, sales funnel + demand analytics.
  • Leadership: Team motivation, conflict resolution, high-energy coaching.
  • Customer obsession: Handle objections, build trust, close high-ticket deals.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Automobile dealership sales experience.
  • Digital marketing certification or WhatsApp/Instagram lead-gen experience.
  • English and regional language fluency for Chennai market.
