THIS IS YOUR ROLE Roles and Responsibilities : Financial Planning & Reporting Ensure timely and accurate financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities for the factory. Prepare annual budgets and factory target agreements. Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, highlighting key risks and opportunities. Conduct variance analysis of KPIs versus budget and forecast, recommending corrective actions. Profitability & Cost Management Perform order-wise and product portfolio-wise profitability analysis. Oversee product costing processes, including standard cost updates and cost variance analysis. Prepare detailed costing reports and provide insights to improve margins and efficiency. Accounting & Compliance Maintain integrity of financial books and records in line with IFRS and internal control guidelines. Manage month-end closing activities, ensuring accurate revenue and cost recognition. Handle inventory accounting, reconciliations, and reporting. Review pricing for incoming orders and initiate credit/debit notes for discrepancies. Working Capital & Cash Flow Management Monitor and control working capital, including inventory, payables, and capex. Support cash flow planning and optimization initiatives. Project & Asset Management Track and monitor factory expansion project costs and perform variance analysis. Conduct periodic review and capitalization of CWIP (Capital Work in Progress). Support physical verification of fixed assets. Digitalization & Process Improvement Drive digitalization and automation initiatives within finance processes. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities. Candidate Profile CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) with experience in manufacturing or plant finance. Strong knowledge of costing, inventory accounting, and financial planning. Familiarity with IFRS and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
