Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and grow assigned customer accounts through regular interaction and follow-ups

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and assist in order finalization
  • Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics teams for order execution
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit terms
  • Maintain accurate sales records, MIS reports, and customer data
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to support sales planning
  • Participate in customer meetings, audits, and business reviews
  • Ensure compliance with ALPLA's quality, safety, and ethical standards
