Job Summary:
The Credit & Collections Entry Analyst is responsible for supporting the credit department by performing routine tasks such as data entry, processing credit applications, and credentials for new customers inquiry
Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Maintenance
• Accurately enter customer payment information into database
• Update and maintain customer account information
• Monitor and resolve any discrepancies in payment data
Credit Analysis
• Analyze credit reports and financial information to determine creditworthiness for commercial new orders
• Contact customers regarding past due payments
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers
• Generate and review reports on customer account balances and aging
• Identify trends and potential issues with delinquent accounts

Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
• Accuracy is crucial for data entry and maintaining customer records.
• Understanding of financial statements, credit terms, and payment processes.
• Ability to understand and explain complex information clearly.
• Ability to meticulously document and track project details and changes.
• Willingness to work collaboratively with various project teams and stakeholders.
