We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Executive Assistant – Transformation.



In this role, you will:



  • Organising complex schedules, co-ordinating activities, resources, meetings, services, manage internal and liaise with internal/external stakeholders and service providers.
  • Document management, including disseminating information and filing/organising.
  • Supporting administration: drafting reports and documents.
  • Operating across more than just their geographic location, depending on the diary of their Head, and providing managerial support to complex administration tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality on sensitive activities in the remit area.
  • This role can support/manage other EA/PA team members where appropriate.

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills to manage the unexpected as well as anticipate issues or events so that success can still be achieved, with or without support.
  • Self-awareness with confidence to work independently and take responsibility for own development.
  • Experience in using relevant software packages, i.e. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience in building and managing internal/external relationships.
  • Builds networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same
