The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operation of the HR Department, providing high-level administrative and organizational support to senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, filtering and prioritising communications.
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
  • Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical filing systems for quick access to critical documents.
  • Process and reconcile executive expense reports with strict adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
  • Provide administrative and project support for special initiatives, including research, data compilation, and report preparation.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Accompany the Managing Director on business trips as required to support operations and engagements.



RequirementsRequirements:

  • Any graduate or postgraduate qualification.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in an executive support or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, MIS tools, and dashboard reporting.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Skilled in calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
  • Result-driven with a positive attitude and professional demeanour.
