80 - 7.20 LPA) Min Experience: 1 years Location: Hyderabad JobType: full-time This role is ideal for a young professional with a background or strong interest in marketing operations — someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep campaigns, creative projects, and cross-functional workflows running smoothly.
You will be the CMO's operational backbone, ensuring every meeting, deliverable, and communication moves forward without friction.
Key Responsibilities 1.
Calendar & Schedule Management Maintain and manage the CMO's daily and weekly calendar Schedule and confirm meetings across internal teams, agency partners, and external consultants Send timely reminders and prepare the CMO ahead of each engagement Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts 2.
Marketing Operations Support Coordinate with branding agencies, creative studios, and digital marketing partners for briefs, feedback cycles, and deliverable submissions Track the status of ongoing campaigns, content calendars, and marketing initiatives Assist in organizing brand review meetings, campaign presentations, and agency evaluations Maintain a centralized repository of marketing assets, vendor contacts, and project documentation 3.
Meeting & Communication Coordination Coordinate meeting logistics — venue, video links, attendee confirmations Prepare agendas and compile background materials before key meetings Record and circulate meeting notes, decisions, and action items Follow up with internal teams and agency partners on pending deliverables 4.
Stakeholder & Agency Liaison Serve as the first point of contact between the CMO's office and internal departments (Design, Sales, Engineering) Coordinate with external partners including branding agencies, PR firms, digital agencies, and architects Manage document exchange, approvals routing, and status communication between parties 5.
Task & Deliverable Tracking Maintain trackers for ongoing tasks, approvals, and project milestones across marketing and creative functions Flag overdue items and escalate delays to the CMO in a timely manner Prepare simple status dashboards and weekly progress summaries 6.
Administrative & Office Support Handle correspondence, draft emails, and manage documents on behalf of the CMO Coordinate travel bookings, event logistics, and itinerary planning Maintain confidentiality of business strategies, campaign plans, and vendor negotiations Organize and manage digital files, presentations, and reports Key Skills & Competencies Interest in or exposure to marketing, branding, or creative operations Strong organizational and time management skills Clear written and verbal communication in English Attention to detail and a reliable, deadline-driven work ethic Ability to multitask across projects and manage competing priorities Comfortable working with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive) or MS Office Familiarity with project tracking tools (Notion, Trello, Asana, or similar) is a plus Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related field 1–2 years of experience in an EA, marketing coordinator, or operations support role Prior exposure to a marketing team, creative agency, or real estate environment is a strong plus Good command of written English; ability to draft clear and professional communication What We're Looking For Someone highly dependable, organized, and proactive A self-starter who takes initiative without needing to be micromanaged A professional comfortable working in a fast-paced creative and business environment Someone with genuine curiosity about marketing, branding, and real estate A person who handles sensitive business information with maturity and discretion Good to have Skills Marketing and communication, Branding Designs sales
