Amazon Seller and Fulfilment tech is seeking an exceptionally bright, multitasking and self-motivated individual to support. This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is important. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture.
Key job responsibilities
- Play a key role with the administrative support team in International Seller Services org
• Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities and calendars
• Manage complex calendar and scheduling requirements
• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and following up on pending items
• Act as a liaison for direct reports
• Drive key team activities, such as staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, and supply ordering
• Update team organizational charts
• Manage group logistics
• Coordinate travel
• Participate in planning of events
• Work with other assistants throughout the International Seller Services team and across the rest of the company
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
A day in the life
The person will be responsible for playing the role of an EA for 3 L8 leaders distributed across locations. He/She will be covering core EA tasks and also be responsible handling org wide initiatives (e.g. vendor negotiations, events planning, space management etc.)
- 3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience managing multiple calendars
