org. CIMMYT is looking for an outstanding, self-motivated, and result-oriented professional for the position of ERP Regional Support Specialist to provide effective ERP system support and coordination across regional operations.
This role will ensure smooth functioning of ERP processes, user support, troubleshooting, data accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards and operational requirements.
The ERP Regional Support Specialist will also work closely with cross-functional teams to support system implementation, process improvements, user training, and efficient management of regional ERP activities.
The location of this position will be Delhi.
The position is for an initial fixed-term contract of 12 months, after which further employment is subject to performance and the continued availability of funds.

Key Responsibilities Deliver responsive and high-quality functional support to users in regional and country office teams, which are the main customers of this role.
Provide support for D365 and other enterprise systems including Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management, Customer Engagement, Concur Travel and Expense, Sapience, the Data and Analytics platform, and Subgrants management processes.
Assist staff remotely through ticketing systems, calls, and online communication, and provide on-site support during field visits when necessary.
Monitor Tier 1 and Tier 2 support queues, ensure timely follow-up, and escalate cases to higher tiers or development teams when appropriate.
Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, guide users through solutions, and document all actions in the support system.
Deliver training to regional and country teams through virtual sessions, classroom workshops, and one-on-one coaching.
Work with the ERP training team to maintain accurate and practical training materials that reflect current processes for procurement, finance, subgrants, HR, and other operational areas.
Contribute to the internal knowledge base to support consistency and good service across all locations.
Support onboarding of new employees and new ERP support team members by helping them understand systems, workflows, and country office processes.
Participate in system enhancement projects, testing cycles, and process improvement activities, including work related to subgrants and compliance.

Perform other tasks that support CIMMYT’s digital and operational goals Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information systems, business administration, finance, or a related field.
At least four years of experience in ERP support, help desk operations, project coordination, finance, accounting, or similar roles.
Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Experience with Icertis, Customer Engagement, Concur, Sapience, or systems related to subgrants or grant management is an advantage.
Ability to learn new systems quickly and apply knowledge in daily support.
Experience preparing training materials and delivering training in virtual and in-person formats.
Strong customer service orientation with clear communication skills suited for users with varied technical backgrounds.
Experience in procurement, finance, accounting, HR, payroll, or subgrants is valued.
Familiarity with service management tools such as ServiceNow/OTRS/Fresh Desk is preferred.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and adapt to changing needs in a multicultural environment.
Demonstrated integrity and a collaborative working style.
