Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end development, migration, and upgrade activities for client projects on AEM (including AEM as a Cloud Service).
  • Define content modeling strategies, migration frameworks, and scalable product structures within AEM.
  • Architect and implement advanced enterprise search solutions (e.g., Coveo) and unify content across multiple sites.
  • Design API-first content delivery models and integrate modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Next.js, React).
  • Guide development teams in integrating advanced features, optimizing performance, and ensuring scalability for high-traffic volumes.
  • Drive architectural decisions around content structuring, component reusability, and performance optimization.
  • Plan and execute integration of third-party tools and APIs, including Adobe Analytics, Target, and Workfront.
  • Ensure security, performance, and compliance with non-functional requirements.
  • Mentor and groom team members, providing technical leadership and customer-focused solutions.
Required Skills & Expertise
  • Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including Sites, Assets, Workfront, and Workfront Fusion.
  • Strong background in Java, J2EE, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures, headless CMS, and enterprise search solutions.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, OSGI, Sling Models, and workflow automation.
  • Industry experience in healthcare, e-commerce, finance, and retail.
  • Adobe Certified Master: AEM Architect and other relevant Adobe certifications.
Professional Experience
  • Led migration of global websites from legacy CMS to AEM as a Cloud Service, supporting large product catalogs and marketing assets.
  • Designed and delivered scalable, future-ready platforms with improved performance and governance.
  • Modernized digital platforms for financial analytics firms and large online retailers, enhancing user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Delivered solutions for digital transformation, omnichannel experience design, data analytics, personalization, and e-commerce
Certifications
  • Adobe Certified Master: Adobe Experience Manager – Architect
  • Adobe Certified Expert: AEM Lead Developer, Developer, Business Practitioner
  • Adobe Certified Professional: AEM Assets Developer, Workfront for Experience Manager, Workfront Fusion for Experience Manager.
