About the Role Definition



We are seeking a highly skilled professional with hands-on experience in Siemens Teamcenter Product Costing, aPriori and other cost modeling tools to support and enhance our global product cost management processes. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in costing methodologies, sustainability, and carbon footprint analytics, and demonstrate proficiency in AI and data-driven automation to optimize cost analysis, sustainability reporting, and business decision-making



Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and deliver product cost management and cost analytics consulting engagements
  • Optimize product costing processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and control
  • Design and implement costing solutions using Teamcenter PCM and custom tools
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to identify cost drivers, trends, and variances
  • Apply AI/ML to automate cost estimation, improve forecasts, and enable cost and carbon reduction
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency
  • Stay current on industry trends and enable users through training and workshops

Requirements



  • 10+ years of consulting or industry experience with a significant focus on both Product costing & Cost model.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Product Costing.
  • Strong understanding of cost structures, manufacturing cost breakdowns, and supply chain cost drivers.
  • Proven expertise in data analytics and AI/ML technologies (Azure AI or similar).
  • Good to have hands-on experience in Siemens Teamcenter suite (especially TcPCM) & Apriori.
  • Understanding of AI-driven sustainability or cost optimization models.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.


This position requires working onsite five days a week.

Relocation is available for this position.
