To support the expansion of our team, we are seeking to hire in Bangalore a dynamic and motivated Engineer Materials Planning – SHIN.
· Strategic Planning - Develop 12-month rolling forecasts and set operational strategies to achieve financial goals · Budget preparation & capacity planning · Ensure smooth production running and on time delivery to customer.
· Ensure processes and procedures which are strictly followed in Secheron.
· Supply Chain & Production Control - Lead demand planning and ensure alignment with budget.
· Inventory & Cost Optimization - Manage inventory levels and work on non-moving stock and reduce stockouts.
· Project & Schedule Management: Create detailed schedules (Gantt charts/PERT), manage, and monitor project performance.
· Conduct progress review meetings at fixed intervals – daily, weekly, monthly.
· To prepare time cycle charts of major activities of work · Identify risks and opportunities -highlights anticipated delays/deviancies in advance to take actions · Collaboration with cross functional team to achieve business objective.

Qualification and Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in years of experience in planning, commercial & rolling stock industry Skills: Experience in Railway industry Strong understanding and working experience into ERP tool like Oracle /SAP Excellent communication and collaboration skills: ability to work independently and as part of a team, interacting with international colleagues (mainly Europe).
Understanding of manufacturing processes and industrialization techniques.
