We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Web Application Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing scalable web applications using our core modern tech stack: Next.js and TypeScript. You will design and interact with both relational and NoSQL databases, specifically PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

Beyond the primary stack, you will occasionally interface with or maintain backend services written in Python and C#. Experience with deploying and managing applications on the OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) is highly valued and will be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Design, develop, and deploy highly responsive, scalable, and secure web applications using Next.js and TypeScript.

  
  
  

• Database Management: Architect data models, write efficient queries, and manage data across both PostgreSQL (relational) and MongoDB (NoSQL) databases.

  
  
  

• API Integration: Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services into our core applications.

  
  
  

• Cross-Service Collaboration: Interface with, troubleshoot, and occasionally contribute to secondary backend microservices written in Python and C#.

  
  
  

• Deployment & DevOps: Assist in the containerization and deployment of applications to the OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), ensuring high availability and seamless CI/CD pipelines.

  
  
  

• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code and deliver unit tests and associated technical documentation. Participate in peer code reviews to ensure best practices and coding standards are met.

  
  
  

• Optimization: Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations for maximum speed and scalability.

5+ years of experience

Required Skills:

Primary Tech Stack:

• Frontend/Full-Stack Frameworks: Deep expertise in Next.js, React.js, and server-side rendering (SSR) / static site generation (SSG) concepts.

  
  
  

• Language: Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

  
  
  

• Databases: Proven experience designing schemas and writing complex queries for both PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

  
  
  

• Web Fundamentals: Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

  
  
  

Secondary Skills (Nice to Have / Strong Plus):

• Backend Languages: Working knowledge of or prior experience with Python and C# (.NET) for interacting with secondary microservices.

  
  
  

• Cloud & Deployment: Hands-on experience deploying, scaling, and managing containerized applications on the OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), Kubernetes, or Docker.
