Engineer AI Automations

"• Hands on Experience of Power Bi, Tableau and such visualization tools for data mapping
• Develop AI solutions via automation, preferable using python, including: 
o Understanding problem statement & gathering relevant inputs
o Estimation of time for execution
o prompt logic and AI agent workflows
o data preparation and retrieval
o basic orchestration and error handling
o integration into PLM, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or existing engineering tools
Cross Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with: 
o Eaton Snowflake Data capabilities embedded in engineering and PLM adjacent tools
o IT on infrastructure, APIs, and deployment pipelines
• Translate engineering process needs to clear technical requirements and user stories.
Adoption & Continuous Improvement
• Pilot AI tools with engineering users and collect feedback
• Iterate solutions to improve usability, reliability, and value
• Support basic documentation, demos, and user enablement activitiesProgramming in python"
"Required:
• Bachelor’s / Master’s in electronics/ E&TC / mechanical engineering 
• Hands-on expertise in C# .Net/Python based enterprise software applications. 
• Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Experience in working in Agile Team
• Programming in python, SQL, Power Automate, 
• Knowledge of Power Bi, Tableau and such visualization tools,
• Knowldege of change management, and configuration management tools like JIRA/bamboo/Bit Bucket/SVN etc.
• End to End application of some AI improvement via automation, preferable using python
• Understanding problem statement & gathering relevant inputs
• Estimation of sprints & backlog user stories
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly with respect to written and oral communication, including the ability to explain technical concepts.
• Excellent communications skills. A high degree of aptitude, creativity is required. 
• Identifies lessons learned and contributes to methodology improvements."
