RemoteVA is seeking a detail-oriented Energy Analyst to conduct building energy audits and perform HVAC-focused energy modeling for multifamily and light commercial properties.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in energy efficiency analysis, HVAC systems, and building performance modeling.
You will play a key role in quantifying energy savings, developing accurate reports, and supporting submissions for utility and state energy efficiency incentive programs.
Key Responsibilities -Perform energy audits and HVAC analysis for residential and commercial buildings.
-Collect and validate field data to establish accurate energy baselines.
-Build baseline vs.
proposed energy models to quantify savings (kWh, therms, MMBtu).
-Develop technical reports for incentive program submissions.
