Enablement Coordinator - India (Offshore)

What You'll Do
- Coordinate, schedule, and manage logistics for global enablement sessions, including invitations, calendar links, rosters, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication.
- Track attendance, completions, and participant engagement data to support program evaluation and drive continuous improvement.
- Support LMS reporting and dashboards to ensure visibility into learning activity, compliance, and program performance.
- Tag, QA, and upload enablement materials into systems such as Seismic, SharePoint, or the LMS, ensuring metadata accuracy and adherence to taxonomy standards.
- Monitor enablement team inboxes, triaging recurring questions, routing inquiries appropriately, and ensuring timely responses.
- Support onboarding operations by coordinating sessions, maintaining onboarding checklists, gathering feedback, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
- Maintain detailed content logs, version control records, and post-training survey results to ensure all content and learner data remain up to date and accurately documented.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs to support the delivery of high-quality enablement content and training experiences.
- Apply a curation mindset to help organize and surface the most relevant and impactful learning resources for sales and consulting professionals.
- Assist with planning and coordinating projects to ensure enablement initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational priorities.
- Provide light video editing support (e.g., trimming, formatting, adding captions, and basic branding) for enablement content such as training recordings, internal communications, or microlearning assets.
Who You'll Work With
- This role is a core member of the Revenue Enablement organization, sitting at the intersection of sales readiness, content operations, and program execution. The team directly supports GTM velocity by ensuring sellers and consultants have what they need to perform - at the right time, in the right format.
- You will collaborate regularly with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, HR, and external partners across global time zones to ensure seamless delivery of enablement programs and consistent learner experiences.
- This position reports into the Revenue Enablement leadership team and supports the global field organization, including sales and consulting professionals across regions.
What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
- 2-4 years of experience in enablement operations, sales operations, training coordination, learning & development, or a related function.
- BS or BA degree in business, communications, organizational development, or a related discipline.
- Experience with LMS platforms, reporting dashboards, or content management systems, with a focus on data accuracy and system hygiene.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours to support global teams, including partial overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (typically 3-5 hours per day).
