Project description Global Employment Screening (GES) - is a set of checks and verifications aimed to support fraud prevention, ensure reliability of candidates and applicants to be employed at DXC Luxoft, and comply with policies set by the company. Employment screening must be performed in accordance with all applicable local laws and regulations. DXC Luxoft can either conduct the vetting themselves or by engaging a vetting agency. Independent of any delegation of vetting execution, DXC Luxoft remains fully accountable for the external staff, retention of vetting evidence and the result of the vetting checks. The basic principle for external staff vetting is based on the agreement between Client and DXC Luxoft. Luxoft GES Team shall conduct vetting process in accordance with Client's requirements and applicable local law. Responsibilities 1. Contacts the candidates via email to obtain required documents. 2. Schedules and coordinates pre-employment screening process, including Personal data verification of new joiners and relocated staff in agreed timelines and in line with applicable policies. Quality assurance and data review of information obtained. Ordering of specific checks through authorized vetting vendors. Monitoring and managing of pending cases to ensure progression to completion. Communication with candidates to keep them updated on the case progress. 3. Communicates daily with respective teams/departments regarding pending results, alerts, additional requirements, and delays. 4. Works with vendor(s), including: Expense approval. Regular monitoring that all verifications sent out are followed up on in a timely manner. Invoices processing. Final vetting reports review and validation. 5. Cooperates with clients (vetting findings escalation and approval process, participation in client's audits). 6. Maintains/updates GES results in internal systems and documents storage. Skills Must have Technical skills/Professional knowledge: language: English: B2 Upper Intermediate; solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); min. 1 year of experience in administrative work. Soft skills: excellent communication skills; excellent organizational and time management skills; strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems quickly and effectively; ability to act independently and to take decisions; attention to details, accuracy. Nice to have Work experience in a large multinational corporation. Other Languages English: B2 Upper Intermediate Seniority Regular
