  • Proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink for modeling, simulation, and algorithm development.
  • Knowledge of engine systems, air handling, fuel systems, and overall machine control systems.
  • Basic scripting and data analysis capabilities.
  • Understanding of model-based development, code generation, and build processes.
  • Familiarity with configuration and change management tools.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and apply statistical methods for decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving skills using structured methodologies (FMEA, root cause analysis).
  • Understanding of system requirements engineering, verification, and validation processes.
  • Ability to integrate subsystems and optimize overall machine performance.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional and global teams.
  • Strong documentation and technical reporting skills.
  • Self-driven with a focus on continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:
Experience
  • Entry-level or early career professional.
  • Internship, co-op, or academic project experience in controls, calibration, or automotive systems is preferred.
  • Exposure to engine systems, control algorithms, or testing environments is an advantage.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office tools is preferred.
