About Company:
An Indian largest Solar & Wind industry, they have multiple solar & wind project in all over India and MFG plant in Bangalore.
An Ideal Candidate:
Strong knowledge of solar electrical systems
Experience in testing & commissioning (megger test, continuity test, etc.)
Familiar with quality tools & documentation
Knowledge of IS / IEC standards
Basic MS Excel & reporting skills
Key Competencies:
Ensure quality compliance for electrical works in solar projects (rooftop/ground-mounted)
Inspection of cable laying, termination, and routing as per drawings & standards
Quality check of earthing system, lightning protection system (LPS)
Monitor installation of inverters, transformers, HT/LT panels, SCADA systems
Conduct pre-commissioning & commissioning checks
Review and verify electrical drawings (SLD, layout, schematics)
Ensure compliance with IS standards, IEC standards, and project specifications
Perform material inspection (cables, panels, switchgear, etc.)
Maintain quality records, checklists, and reports
Coordinate with site execution, vendor, and client teams
Raise NCR (Non-Conformance Report) and ensure closure
Support internal & external audits
