Key Systems Managed- Transformers
- Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Systems
- Diesel Generator (DG) Sets
- High Tension (HT) and Low Tension (LT) Panels

- Fire Detection and Protection Systems
Key ResponsibilitiesFire Safety Systems- Conduct routine inspections of fire pump rooms and associated equipment.
- Monitor and verify the operational status of fire control panels.
- Ensure all fire detection and protection systems are fully functional and compliant with safety requirements.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities on fire protection systems.
Fuel Management and Generator Operations- Inspect and monitor diesel fuel storage facilities.
- Operate and oversee fuel polishing systems to maintain fuel quality and system reliability.
- Perform preventive maintenance activities on diesel generator engines and associated equipment.
Equipment Monitoring and Operations- Conduct routine inspections of UPS systems and electrical infrastructure.
- Record and maintain operational parameters and equipment readings.
- Monitor critical electrical systems to ensure performance within defined operational limits.
- Review and interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) for troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
Preventive Maintenance- Execute preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems and equipment.
- Identify and escalate potential issues to minimize operational risks and downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records and ensure timely completion of scheduled tasks.
Vendor and Operational Support- Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance, inspection, and repair activities.
- Supervise and escort vendors while ensuring adherence to site safety procedures and operational standards.
- Provide technical support for day-to-day facility operations and critical infrastructure requirements.
- Support operational teams with electrical and facility-related issues as needed.
RequirementsTechnical Competencies- Hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of Transformers, Diesel Generator (DG) Sets, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Systems, and HT/LT Electrical Panels.
- Strong understanding of Electrical Distribution Systems and the ability to read and interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLDs).
- Experience performing Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities and basic troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Knowledge of Fire Detection, Fire Alarm, and Fire Suppression Systems, including fire pumps and fire control panels.
- Ability to monitor, record, and analyze equipment parameters, operational readings, and performance data.
- Understanding of Diesel Fuel Storage Systems, fuel yard operations, and fuel polishing systems.
- Familiarity with Electrical Safety Standards, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Permit-to-Work (PTW), and other safe work practices.
- Ability to inspect, diagnose, and coordinate corrective maintenance actions for critical facility infrastructure.
- Experience in vendor coordination, supervision, and management during maintenance and service activities.
- Knowledge of critical facility operations within Data Centers, Warehouses, Manufacturing Plants, Industrial Facilities, or other Critical Infrastructure environments.
- Basic understanding of Power Quality Management, power backup systems, and emergency power operations.
- Proficiency in preparing maintenance records, inspection reports, checklists, and operational documentation.
Preferred Qualifications- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience working in mission-critical environments where uptime and reliability are essential.
- Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a shift-based environment and respond to emergency situations when required.
