Inspect wiring, panels, transformers, and switchgear to verify adherence to standards.
Enforce electrical safety protocols, LOTO procedures, and risk assessments on site.
Liaise with civil engineers, architects, and contractors to integrate electrical systems into overall project design.
Conduct pre-commissioning and commissioning of electrical systems, including continuity and insulation resistance tests.
Prepare daily progress reports, inspection records, and handover documentation.
Monitor electrical budgets, track material usage, and recommend cost-saving measures.
Identify electrical faults and propose corrective actions.
Integrate energy-efficient solutions such as solar PV, LED lighting, and smart controls.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (BE/B.Tech).
Minimum 3–5 years experience in electrical design and site supervision for construction projects in India.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, Dialux, and MS Project/Primavera.
Strong knowledge of Indian Electricity Rules, IS codes, and KSEB approval processes.
Ability to manage teams and coordinate multi-disciplinary projects.
Effective communication and reporting skills.
