Your future role


Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in requirement management and development in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.You'll play a crucial role in supporting the Train Systems Tender/Project team on train system-level requirement management. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, such as Engineering (Design/System team, Train Performance Managers, Train Architect Managers, Lead Engineers, and Discipline Lead Engineers), Project teams (Chief of Design, Domain Leads, and Project Planning Managers), and other participating units. You will also provide dedicated training on tools and processes and ensure the consistency of the Requirement Management Database.You’ll specifically take care of clarifying, analyzing, and developing requirements, as well as defining means of proof associated with them, but also propagating requirements to modules and managing schedules of requirement management activities.We’ll look to you for:Ensuring Project Requirement Management Database consistency on Train Development modulesProviding dedicated and ad hoc training for the RSC population working on requirement management/IBM DOORS toolSupporting process, method, and tool trainingAssisting in requirement quality reviewsHelping users manipulate tools effectivelyCollaborating with team members to synthesize, clarify, and allocate requirementsDefining and managing the schedule of requirement management activities to meet project deadlinesContributing to the Requirement Management & Development network by sharing best practices and solutions
